By creating an account or using SpinParty Hub, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, reside in an eligible state, and accept these Terms in full.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SpinParty Hub Entertainment LLC ("SpinParty Hub", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the SpinParty Hub website, mobile apps, and games (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service — No Real-Money Gambling

SpinParty Hub is a free-to-play social casino offering games for entertainment only. This is not a real-money gambling service. All gameplay uses Party Coins, a virtual loyalty currency with no monetary value. Party Coins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash, gift cards, prizes, or any other item of value inside or outside the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States, excluding Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Montana, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Louisiana. You must use your own real identity, a working email address, and your true date of birth. One account per person, household, and device.

4. Virtual Currency — Party Coins

Party Coins are a virtual loyalty currency used solely within the Service for entertainment. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed, and are not property. We may adjust, expire, or terminate your coin balance at any time without liability. No purchase is ever necessary to obtain or use Party Coins.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use automated tools, bots, or scrapers; (b) attempt to interfere with the Service's operation; (c) impersonate others or provide false information; (d) circumvent geographic restrictions; (e) use the Service for commercial gain; (f) engage in harassment or abusive conduct toward other users or staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and game assets are owned by SpinParty Hub Entertainment LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal entertainment only. No rights are transferred to you.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinParty Hub disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. Class actions are expressly waived. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
